The apartment has 4 sleeping spaces, perfect for a seaside holiday. It includes a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a two-seater convertible sofa in the living room. The bathroom and separate toilet complete the layout. The apartment is equipped with a TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and more. Ideally located with the beach just a few steps away, shops nearby, and the vibrant atmosphere of the town center.

This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi, an iconic and emblematic place marking the entrance to the Fishing Port. There is no better location to experience local life—watch the fishing boats go out to sea and return with their catch, see local fishermen sorting the fish and setting up their stalls, and enjoy beautiful walks and magnificent sunsets. This is a wonderful place to live, just two minutes' walk from all amenities and the beach. Situated in the heart of the village, this apartment will be a real favorite for those who love the "everything on foot" lifestyle and appreciate a lovely renovation.
