The rustic finca with pool was completely renovated in 2010 and is situated in the countryside between Can Picafort and Santa Margarita, about 4 km from Can Picafort and about 2 km from Santa Margarita.
There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room and several balconies and terraces spread over 2 floors.
On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, heating and satellite TV, as well as the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, a dining table with chairs and heating.
The kitchen has direct access to the pool terrace, which is equipped with a patio table and chairs.
There is also direct access to the pool terrace from the living room. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and 1 bathroom with WC and shower. On the 1st floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (shower and WC) with heating and a balcony with sea views.
The detached house (8-max. 10 persons) is situated on a plot of approx. 16.000 m² and has partial sea views.
Pets are allowed on request.
The adjoining bedroom has 2 separate beds.
