Ideal accommodation for families with children, groups, couples, adventurers, business travellers. It is a fantastic flat decorated in a varied style and located 50 metres from the beach. It is located in the tourist centre of Cala Millor and the promenade where you will find all kinds of supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, banks, shops, leisure areas, etc.
The flat belongs to a house that originally had three floors. The house was built in 1964 by Don Juan Llinás where he installed his residence. Don Juan Llinás was one of the driving forces behind tourism in the area and the promenade of Cala Millor is named after him in honour of his work in those years. You can see the monolith at the beginning of the promenade.
The flat has been decorated with exquisite taste and attention to detail. You will be able to enjoy its large spaces as well as a relaxing bath in its four-legged bathtub. Do not hesitate to enjoy this wonderful experience.
