This finca with marvellous views is situated on the east coast, close to the fishing village of Porto Cristo, only a few minutes away from the numerous beaches of the Calas de Mallorca.
The finca offers a spacious and beautiful Mediterranean garden with many shady places where you can find a lot of relaxation and recreation in complete peace and enjoy a fabulous view of the surrounding fields and even the sea. The outdoor area with private pool of 9 mx 5 m (depth 0,80 m - 1,90 m) is beautifully integrated in the garden.
The main house for up to 7 persons offers approximately 250 m² of living space on two floors, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four spacious bedrooms, two of which are on the ground floor (3x double bed, 1x single bed) and two bathrooms with shower. The living room and the double bedrooms of the house have their own air conditioning. Next to the pool there is also a covered terrace equipped with fixed barbecue, sofas and dining table.
A large finca that offers incredible peace and tranquillity and where you will surely quickly feel at home! The nearest beaches, such as Cala Mandia, can be reached by car in about 5 minutes and many others in about 10 minutes.
