The idyllic little finca is situated in a quiet location in the middle of the countryside between the towns of Porreres and just 5 km from Felanitx, where you will find shops, restaurants and cafés as well as a lively market that takes place every Sunday. About 18 km away is Porto Colom with its charming fishing harbour, where it is still possible to look over the shoulders of the fishermen as they repair their nets on the pier. Porto Colom offers pretty sandy beaches, many nice restaurants in the sea line and during the summer season you can also practise water sports. Near Porto Colom there is the golf course 'Vall D'Or Golf'. The holiday resort of Cala D'Or with restaurants, cafés, sandy coves and the exclusive marina is about 20 km away.Tanca Gran is a newly built, small country house, situated in an authentic, rural setting.
The interior of the house is a charming mix of rustic and modern elements, lots of natural light gives the house an airy touch. The bright living/dining room with open-plan kitchen and bar is accessed directly via the terrace. From the dining area, a door leads to the pretty, covered outdoor dining area and the pool terrace. The house has two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed, which share a bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have large patio doors to the pool side of the house and the living room and both bedrooms have air conditioning with limited hours of use.
If the air conditioning is to be switched off 24 hours a day, this will incur extra costs.
The pretty outdoor area offers a covered terrace, a chill-out zone, a brick barbecue, an outdoor shower and sun loungers. A shade pergola has been installed in place of the parasols. The brightly coloured 8 x 4 m pool is nestled between lawn and gravel areas. Parking is possible on the property.
The price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and all additional costs (electricity, water, gas), a high chair and a cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
