Semi-detached house by the sea, completely renovated and with marvellous sea views. There is direct access to the sea via the rocks. The house offers three bedrooms and a private pool in the area of Es Forti - Cala D'Or, Mallorca.
The pool offers sea views, the terrace is equipped with cosy sun loungers and from the garden you can go through a small garden door to the rocks and from the rocks directly into the sea. It is recommended to use plastic/plastic beach/pool sandals to protect your feet* The part of the staircase to the floor is open, without railings.
The house is spread over two floors, the furniture in neutral colours with accentuated splashes of colour gives the interior of the house a cosy, relaxing atmosphere. The bathrooms and kitchen have a vintage style and the ground floor has a kitchen with pantry, where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located. The dining room offers access to a terrace overlooking the garden. The living area is very cosy and has a reading corner, both offer access to the main covered terrace with views of the pool and the sea. A guest toilet completes the ground floor. There are three double bedrooms on the floor. One of them offers an en suite shower room and a private balcony with incredible sea views. The other two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with bathtub and access to a balcony overlooking the garden.
This villa is not rented to groups of young people. The Klaima complex has set times of use.
