Villa in excellent 1st sea line with direct sea access via a metal ladder. The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Egos, 200 metres away, can be reached in a few minutes via a path in the rocks. Egos 89 is a two-storey villa consisting of 2 residential units, 1 of which is rented out.
The reception area on the ground floor leads into a dining room. Sliding glass doors lead into a conservatory with a further dining table, sofas and partial sea views. Adjacent to the dining room are the kitchen and the living room, where beautiful views are also a priority, with the sofa overlooking the pool area and the sea beyond. The pool is surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace and plants and, like the rest of the house, offers wonderful sea views.
The covered terrace and the barbecue area invite you to enjoy long meals "al fresco".
