Villa in excellent 1st sea line with direct sea access via a metal ladder. The beautiful sandy bay of Cala Egos, 200 metres away, can be reached in a few minutes via a path in the rocks. Egos 89 is a two-storey villa consisting of 2 residential units, 1 of which is rented out.
The reception area on the ground floor leads into a dining room. Sliding glass doors lead into a conservatory with a further dining table, sofas and partial sea views. Adjacent to the dining room are the kitchen and the living room, where beautiful views are also a priority, with the sofa overlooking the pool area and the sea beyond. There is also a satellite TV in the living room and WLAN internet access is available. The living room leads to a bedroom with 2 single beds and en suite shower room. On the ground floor there is also a utility room, guest toilet and access to the garage, which leads to the pool terrace. There are a further 4 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The master bedroom with double bed, dressing room and en suite bathroom with separate shower and terrace with sea views. The 3 remaining bedrooms, one with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds each, share a bathroom and on the terrace near the pool (10 x 5 m) there is a room with sofas and table; ideal for children to play on fresh days in the low season. Shower room/ WC in the garage. Air conditioning hot/cold with set hours of use.
The pool is surrounded by a beautiful sun terrace and plants and, like the rest of the house, offers wonderful sea views.
The covered terrace and the barbecue area invite you to enjoy long meals "al fresco".
