HolidayVilla Hortet for 8 people with private pool near the marina of Cala Dor. This villa is an excellent choice for a centrally located holiday home. The centre of Cala Dor and the beaches are less than 500 metres away.
Villa on two floors. On the upper floor is the living room with panoramic windows and views of the marina of Cala D'or and the dining area with access to the terrace. The kitchen is located next to the dining area. There is a table for al fresco dining on the marvellous terrace. A shower room completes this floor. On the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of them with 2 single beds each, one with a double bed and each of the rooms has access to the pool terrace. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with baths and showers.
The pool is surrounded by a spacious terrace with palm trees and bushes. The ideal place to sunbathe and relax. There is a pool table, a table tennis table and a brick barbecue.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms with fixed and limited hours of use.
In the high season, a separate flat on the top floor is used by the owner. This does not restrict the privacy of the clients as the owner does not use the outside area or the pool.
