Holiday home for 6 people with pool in a good location near the marina and the centre of Cala D'Or, Mallorca. The beach of Cala Dor is 650 metres away. The pedestrian area in the town centre offers shops, bars, a good sn of restaurants and pubs with live music. The marina with great restaurants and cafés overlooking the yacht harbour is just a few minutes' walk away.
The holiday home Margarita consists of a main house and an outbuilding. The main house has a kitchen with access to the outside area and an open-plan living/dining room. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with two single beds, share a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. The third bedroom is located on the floor of the outbuilding and is accessible via an external staircase. It has two single beds, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room.
The outdoor area offers a covered terrace and a brick barbecue for al fresco dining. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers, the perfect place for sunbathing and relaxing.
