Mill from the XVIII century and registered as a cultural asset of the Balearic Islands. The mill with living area has been very tastefully restored while retaining the original tower. It is located in a quiet rural area near Santanyi, with many restaurants, shops and a busy market. Cala Llombards beach is only 8 km away.
The outdoor area offers a beautiful pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower, as well as an external dining area with outdoor barbecue. Car park on the property
From the entrance you enter directly into the spacious living-dining area. The adjoining modern kitchen gives access to a terrace with BBQ, which is protected by awnings. On the other side of the tower there are 2 tastefully designed bedrooms, which share a spacious bathroom. The entire house exudes an appealing warm ambience through the brickwork and colours. Air conditioning available 24h.
