This beautiful villa is located in 1st sea line close to Cala Egos and offers an enchanting sea view. The villa has been very tastefully renovated in a fresh and modern style. Cala Egos is a district of Cala Dor and the small sandy bay of Cala Egos as well as the shopping streets with restaurants, cafes, boutiques and a supermarket are within walking distance of approx. 500 metres.
Villa on one level with kitchen, living / dining room with access to the veranda with panoramic sea views. Three bedrooms each with en suite shower room. The master bedroom has a double bed, the other two bedrooms each have two single beds pushed together. There is an IPod station and Netflix.
Veranda with chill-out area and dining table. The marvellous view from the veranda and the pool as well as the gentle sound of the sea will make your stay a wonderful experience. The garden extends towards the rocks with access to the sea.
