This detached house is situated in a very quiet location surrounded by trees with unobstructed views of the mountains. It consists of two separate houses. The main house is the larger one with a living area of 240 m2. Directly opposite the main house, you will find the other guesthouse with capacity for two people, bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen.
It is a rural house lined with stone. Outside, you can find a terrace with garden furniture. There is a solarium next to the terrace with parasols and sunbeds for sunbathing, as well as a barbecue and swimming pool. There is parking inside the property for up to 4 cars. The plot is fenced so it is perfect also for children. On the property you will find plenty of land for the little ones to play, a football pitch and a table tennis table.
The ground floor of the main house consists of the following rooms: a living room with fireplace, flat screen TV, a bedroom next to the living room with 2 beds of 90 cm, a kitchen, a dining room fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, as well as an adjoining bathroom with bath and shower. Thanks to the high ceilings it was possible to build a floor with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a terrace where you can enjoy wonderful views.
The village of Algaida is only 3 km away. There you can find bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach is 15 km away and the airport is 20 km away
We do not rent the villa to groups of young people. It is exclusively for families and it is compulsory to inform the ages of all guests when booking.
