Welcome to our wonderful apartment!
The apartment is located on the 6th and last floor of a nice building in the heart of Cannes.
It is located in the famous street, the only pedestrian street in the center.
It has an amazing panoramic view on Cannes hills.
The size is 32 square meters. The apartment has just been fully renewed and all the furnitures are brand new.
It's been decorated with taste.
We have one living room, one fully equipped kitchen, and one bathroom.
You will enjoy your breakfasts, lunchs and in front of a great view!
The apartment can welcome 3 guests. We have one high quality sofa bed and one extra single bed.
We have a great neighborhood with very nice restaurants and shops.
You will find the famous "Gambetta" market (1min walk), the "Antibes" street and its famous shops (1min walk), the train station (3min walk), the Palais des festivals (5min walk), the famous "Carré d'Or" with its famous restaurants & bars (5minutes walk), the "Croisette" & it's famous beaches (3min walk), cinema (5min walk), the old harbour and its boats bringing you to the wonderful Lerins islands, St Tropez and Monaco (8min walk), historic center of cannes "Le Suquet"(8min walk).
You will also find every shops you could need less than 3 minutes walking from the apartment:
