Country house for 8 people with private pool for rent in a quiet rural area. With marvellous views of the countryside and distant mountain views. Only 2.8 km from the small village of Cas Concos, in the south-east of Mallorca.
The Peris house is an attractive Mallorcan-style country house with large rooms. The terraces invite you to relax and enjoy the marvellous views over the countryside. From the entrance area there is access to a cosy living/dining area with comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a large wooden table for 10 people. From here you also have access to the covered terrace with dining area and the large kitchen, which has a pantry and a breakfast nook. Next to the dining area is a bedroom with two single beds and a shower room, which also has a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the other side of the living room there are two further bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed and access to the terrace with views over the countryside. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. From the entrance area, steps lead to the upper floor with two further bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom, the other with two single beds and en suite bathroom. Both bedrooms share a terrace with views of the garden and pool area as well as the mountains in the distance.
The plot is large and walled so that children have plenty of space to play and run around. At the rear of the house there is a covered terrace with views of the garden and pool. A large table with chairs invites you to eat outside, while a chill-out area with sofa and armchairs offers relaxation. The terrace leads through the Mediterranean garden with herbs such as rosemary and sage to the pool. The beautiful pool (11 m x 5 m, depth min. 1 m, max. 2 m), with brick steps and an outdoor shower, is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. The perfect place to enjoy the long summer days. At the other end of the pool there is a covered barbecue area with a brick-built barbecue, a dining area and a shower room. A table tennis table provides entertainment and fun for the whole family.
