The beautiful natural stone finca Roca is situated on a hill and offers a breathtaking view of the charming landscape. From the front of the house you can enjoy a marvellous view of the coast in the distance. The rear of the house has wonderful uninterrupted views of the interior, with mountains in the background, the monastery of San Salvador and the ruins of Santueri Castle. Roca is only 1.5 km from the village of Es Carritxo and about 10 minutes by car from Felanitx, where you will find small shops, restaurants, cafés, handmade ceramics and a lively weekly market every Sunday morning. A 15 minute drive away is the coast of Cala D'Or with sandy coves, shops, cafés, an endless choice of restaurants and the exclusive marina. Cala D'Or offers various water sports or you can book a trip on a glass bottom boat and discover the beautiful south-east coast of Mallorca from the sea.
Roca is a beautiful holiday finca with a side tower. The house, whose exterior walls are clad in natural stone, is divided into three levels. On the ground floor there is a hallway with open passageways to 2 dining areas, one with a fireplace, the other with an archway to the spacious kitchen, which is well equipped and has direct access to the covered terrace with dining table. This floor has a shower room and a utility room with washing machine. A staircase leads to the floor, where there are two bedrooms. One bedroom with a single bed with a small, covered terrace with views of the surrounding area and a second bedroom with a double bed and balcony with beautiful views can be found here. These bedrooms share a bathroom. From here a few steps lead up to the middle floor where there is a twin bedroom with a small balcony overlooking the central plain of Mallorca. The lounge is in the tower and has glass doors that give access to the lovely terrace with views of the surrounding area with the coast in the distance. A few steps lead to the top floor where there is a double bedroom, a separate bathroom with shower and a terrace with marvellous views.
Roca is situated on a plot of 15 km2 in the countryside, with marvellous views from every point. There are Mediterranean plants, palm trees, cypresses and figs. The terrace at the back next to the kitchen has a brick barbecue and a table where you can enjoy meals "al fresco" with views of the central plain and mountains in the distance. From here, a few steps lead down to the pool area. The pool with outdoor shower is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers. The covered area invites you to enjoy the long summer days here.
The bedrooms have air conditioning with set operating times from 21:00 to 09:00.
