Lovely 2 bedroom apartment completely renovated, nicely and comfortably furnished. It is located on a 2nd. floor in the residential complex Ferrera Park, within 5 minute walk from the lovely beach of Cala Ferrera.
The apartment counts with living room with access to a balcony with wiews over the pine garden and a bit of sea wiews from the side. Open kitchen well equipped that counts with a dining table. The apartment has two twin bedrooms and two shower rooms -one of them is en suite-.Staircase not appropriate for people with limited mobility.
