Four bedroom villa with private pool in a quiet residential street in the centre of Cala D'Or on Mallorca. Great location, only 190 metres from the sandy bay of Cala D'Or and 170 metres from restaurants, cafeterias, shops and nightlife.
The outdoor area offers a beautiful covered terrace with dining table and chairs as well as a paved terrace, in the centre of which is the oval pool with integrated children's pool. Sun loungers line the pool. Lawn areas and brick barbecue.
Villa on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious, open-plan living/dining room with access to the covered terrace. The dining area leads to the kitchen, also with access to the outside. The villa has 4 bedrooms. Two with 2 single beds each, which share a shower room. Guest toilet. The master bedroom with a double bed has an en-suite shower room. From the rear terrace, external stairs lead to the fourth bedroom with two single beds, an en-suite shower room and access to a roof terrace, the walls on the roof terrace are very low, so children should not have access to this roof terrace.
