Four bedroom villa with private pool for rent in Cala D'Or, Mallorca. The villa is just a short walk from the Cala D'Or marina with great restaurants, bars, boutiques and a small supermarket. The centre of Cala D'or with a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment is 1.2 km away. Villa Cala Dia is a semi-detached house with Villa Cala Nit, which is ideal for large families or groups of friends. They can be booked together or separately.
Semi-detached house on three floors. A few steps lead to the entrance of the villa on the ground floor (middle floor). On this level there is an open-plan dining room with access to the terrace. Kitchen and laundry room are accessible from the dining room. Guest toilet. A staircase leads to the floor where there is a bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. This bedroom has access to two terraces. On the lower floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and two twin bedrooms sharing a separate bathroom with bathtub. These bedrooms have access to the pool terrace.
