This beautiful 4-bedroom country house is perfectly integrated into the wonderful, peaceful surroundings, surrounded by pine trees and shrubs and only a short drive from the coast with its sandy coves, caves, shops and other leisure activities. The two-storey house offers bright, airy rooms with modern furnishings and charming traditional decorative elements. You can unwind and relax in the outdoor area. Room with some fitness equipment.
From the entrance area, we enter the bright open-plan living/dining area with access to the covered terrace and pool area. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. There is a large dining table and access to the covered terrace. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them has two single beds and an ensuite bathroom, the other has a double bed and an adjoining shower room. On the upper floor there are two further bedrooms, both with access to the terrace and views of the pool and the surrounding area. One is furnished with two single beds and has an en-suite shower room, the other has a double bed and en-suite bathroom.
On request, the air conditioning can be switched on 22 hours a day for an extra charge.
Central heating for 12 hours a day is included in the booking price, from 5:00am to 10:00am and from 4:00pm to 11:00pm (November to April).
On request, the heating can be switched on 24 hours a day for an additional charge.
