Spacious terraced house on three levels with 3 bedrooms for rent in the town of Porreres; a small and traditional Mallorcan village with lots of character in the southern centre of Mallorca.
The house is distributed over three floors. From the main entrance, a staircase leads to the floor, where there is a spacious living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen with access to a terrace with uninterrupted views of the beautiful and slightly hilly surroundings. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer on the terrace. On this floor there are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and separate shower. An internal staircase leads to the top floor where the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower is located. On this floor there is a large room where children can play.
On the ground floor there is a garage with space for 3 cars. From the garage there is access to the back of the house where there is a porch with ceiling fan that houses an additional kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, sink and large fridge.
Complete bathroom.
In this area is the pool with awning and a wide access staircase where you can sit and relax in the water like on a beach. Lawn area next to the pool.
Outdoor shower next to the pool with hot and cold water.
