Finca Cavea is a 250-year-old typical Mallorcan finca with lots of character. It is situated in a quiet, private location in the countryside, yet only 10 minutes' walk from Cas Concos, a small town with shops and restaurants. The well-known holiday resort of Cala D'Or with its fashionable marina and all desirable amenities can also be reached in just 10 to 15 minutes by car. The marvellous country house offers unique views over the countryside from all rooms and terraces.
The house has a large pool measuring 11.5 m x 6.5 m which is idyllically surrounded by wonderful Mediterranean plants. There is a covered barbecue area where you can dine in a romantic atmosphere. The sun loungers by the pool invite you to sunbathe and relax. The pool is fenced off and safe for children.
This unique property has a tasteful, typically Mallorcan interior. The living area is generously laid out on two levels and offers plenty of space for families. From the entrance with a large old oak door, you enter a cosy living room with a cast iron stove. Here you will also find the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and direct access to the covered barbecue area and the pool. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, both rooms share a shower room. A staircase leads to the floor into a spacious living room with enough room for an additional children's bed. Two further bedrooms, each with two single beds, have a shower room. One of the rooms has a terrace with a marvellous view of the countryside. The 3rd bathroom is an outside bathroom with bathtub and is located near the pool.
All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning with fixed hours of use and the price includes bed linen, towels for use in the house, tea towels, final cleaning and the following additional costs (electricity, water, gas). A high chair and a cot (60 x 120 cm) can be provided free of charge.
