The Forti 52 Planas is built in the second sea line and offers, from the main living area on the upper floor, a fantastic view of the sea and the fortress tower "Es Fortí", after which the quiet residential area belonging to Cala D'Or is also named. The sandy beach of Caló des Pou is about 400 metres away. The centre of Cala Egos, with shops, restaurants and supermarkets, is about 600 m away and the marina of Cala D'Or can be reached in two minutes by car. The centre of Cala D'Or, with a large sn of restaurants, shops and exciting nightlife, can be reached in 5 minutes by car. More beautiful beaches await visitors here and there is a wide range of water sports on offer. Day trips along the south-east coast of Mallorca with a glass-bottom boat can be booked. The idyllic fishing villages of Porto Colom, Porto Petro and Cala Figuera can be visited, as well as the unique nature reserve of Cala Mondragó with its beautiful, unspoilt sandy beaches.
Forti 52 Planas is a modern and spacious two-storey holiday home. It has been designed and furnished to maximise natural light and comfort. The main living area, which is quite unusual, is located on the upper floor and the bedrooms on the ground floor. Thanks to this layout, there is more light in the living area, a fresh sea breeze comes in during the summer and you can enjoy a wonderful view that you would not have otherwise. The layout: on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, another with two single beds, access to a covered terrace and also en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and two further bedrooms with two single beds each, which share a bathroom, as well as a utility room with washing machine, all bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans. A free-standing staircase, without handrail, leads to the upper living area. The property is not suitable for children. The living and dining area has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors. The spacious living area is inviting with its cosy, large sofas. When the windows are open, it is an ideal place to relax and enjoy the sea view. The terrace has a wall only 50 cm high. This property is not suitable for children and the dining area is equipped with a table for up to 8 people. A transparent glass wall separates the dining area from the well-equipped kitchen, creating a bright and modern impression. From the kitchen there is access to a small rear terrace with a mobile outdoor barbecue and a small table and chairs for an outdoor barbecue. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry and a guest toilet. The living area leads onto the large front terrace with light-coloured chairs. Here you can imagine enjoying the wonderful view of the nearby sea and the entire privileged situation with friends in the evening when it is cooler.
The outdoor area has a pool for private use. Green areas with sun loungers for eight people offer space to relax and sunbathe. A covered terrace overlooking the pool offers the opportunity to retreat into the shade during the hottest hours.
Not suitable for children as the stairs are open and without handrails and the terrace has a wall only 50cm high.
